Paid Holidays
Employees of BriStart are eligible for the following nine paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day. The cost of the program is covered by BriStart.

Paid Vacations
Employees are eligible for 10 days of paid vacation after completing one year of employment. To qualify, an employee must have worked at least 1500 hours during the 12-months following their start date. The cost of this benefit is also covered entirely by BriStart.

Pre-employment Safety Training (Per Customer Request)
We care about the safety of our employees, so we take safety on the job very seriously. We provide specific safety training for many of our customers, especially those who operate risky work environments.

Medical Insurance
Each employee is eligible for WSIB of $1,000,000 Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage.

Referral Bonuses
We reward temporary employees who refer other candidates for employment. We will pay our employee a cash bonus after the referred individual works at least 3 months with BriStart. This benefit also helps serve your account by increasing the pool of available, and generally more reliable, workers.
