[ On-site Management Service ]

On-site management is a complete, formal staffing solution. Unlike the traditional services, on-site management does not focus on the Short-Term needs, but it is a Long-Term solution. BriStart can work full-time on-site to coordinate all staffing requirements. This type of solution provides not only coordination of your supplemental personnel but also allows for management of your entire flexible workforce.
Our on-site management services will partner with your organization to assess your business needs, costs, current processes and future expectations to develop an outsourcing solution for now and for years to come. Through the years, we have developed proven methodologies to efficiently and effectively manage temporary employees. This solution offers additional convenience and immediate support if you are a large-scale user of temporary employees. We can provide recruiters, safety supervisors, and administrative support according to the needs and volume of each client.
Through this service, BriStart places talented full-time staffing coordinators at our customer’s place of business. We recruit, test, interview, and hire all of our staff on-site. We conduct orientations and work closely with our customer’s supervisors to ensure high quality, safety and productivity. Our on-site coordinators are also responsible for keeping our customers well informed with various management reports.
By dedicating one of our employees as an on-site coordinator to manage the day-to-day servicing of a temporary workforce, our customers gain a number of advantages that will improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Increased Efficiencies
As an extension of the human resources department, the on-site coordinator is closely tied to our customer's day-to-day operations. This intimate knowledge of our customer's business as well as the close proximity of our employee leads to open communication with line supervisors and thorough understanding of all temporary job requirements. As a result, our representative on-site will be uniquely qualified to accurately match temporary employees to our customer's assignments.
Cost Savings through Productivity Improvements
Depending on the needs of each business, the on-site coordinator can manage the movement of temporary workers among departments to accommodate the ebb and flow of workloads, so that all temporary employees on assignment are productive at all time.
Customized Orientation and Employee Handbook
When one of our employees starts an assignment, he or she will report to the on-site coordinator first to receive an initial orientation customized to each customer's work site. This process allows the human resources department and end-user supervisors to focus on their primary business. Orientation topics will include your business and BriStart polices and rules, expectations and accountability, safety, work hours, break times, security procedures, and much more. Our goal is to have our employees who arrive on an assignment already familiar with your business.
Coaching and Counseling
The on-site coordinator will counsel employees to better meet the requirements and productivity goals of the position. Our staff will take total responsibility for handling turnover, personnel concerns, and terminations of non-productive employees. By fulfilling our responsibility as the employer, we handle personnel issues quickly and relieve our customer of these burdens.
Management Reports
We work with each and every customer to develop specific reports that help improve the management and tracking of a temporary workforce. These reports can be printed weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. Reports could include current headcounts; hours worked and billed dollars, turnover, exit interview results, or any other information important to address special reporting requirements.
